About Greenwood Reads

My tutoring services include an individualized lesson plan specific to your child’s strengths and needs. I have an understanding of special learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD/ADD. I use Orton-Gillingham and structured linguistic literacy. These approaches use a multisensory technique to provide a systematic and explicit lesson. Success requires close contact with parents/guardians, and parent/tutor conferences are available. References, testimonials, and background checks are also available upon request.

I am able to work around your schedule. I typically meet students at my office located at 500 Polk St Greenwood, IN 46143. Alternative meeting arrangements can be made as needed. Virtual tutoring is available for an increased fee.

Rates

$50 a session (about an hour)

Tutoring is typically recommended twice per week.
